I.17best logistics timeliness reference

After you apply for packing and shipping, the warehouse of 17best will probably take 1 or 2 days to pick up and pack the goods for you, and then transport them to your home according to the time shown in the table below.

II.Rules for parcel forwarding, signed acceptance, and inspection:


When signing on receipt of a parcel, if we find that the parcel does not suit the product packaging requirements (for example, if the exterior of the packaging is seriously damaged), we will not accept the parcel and may return it to you.

If your parcel fulfills all product acceptance requirements, we will then open it, check for forbidden items, weigh it, and place it in the warehouse.

If your product does not fulfill the requirements for air shipment, we will mark the corresponding order and notify you concerning product return affairs.

If you find the parcel has not been signed by our warehouse after the standard delivery date (our warehouse is located in Guangdong, and usually the domestic parcel should arrive in 3 to 5 business days), please contact your domestic logistics provider or the online customer service team to check the status of the parcel.


III.Details on “product inspection & verification” and warehouse stocking

By selecting “product inspection & verification”, you are authorizing us to check the quantity, color, size, and other information regarding the product. After we inspect it, the original express delivery box will be discarded, and we will seal the product in 17best's own packaging and place it in our warehouse. (This does not apply to items that are fragile, easily damaged, or extremely large, and items for which the express delivery box is already part of the packaging. The actual packaging results may differ according to the situation.


Note:

Slight color differences, size errors, user experience, etc., are not part of the product inspection.

For electronics, digital devices, accessories, and other products that require specific expertise, we will not be checking the quality, model, or accessories during the inspection.

For products such as CDs and Figures, we will not take off the plastic coverings during the inspection. We will only check the exterior for damage and will not be responsible for what is contained inside the plastic packaging.

If “inspection & verification” is not selected, we will only check for forbidden items and will stock the parcel in its original box (barring special circumstances, for example, if the original box is damaged). We will not check the quantity, color, size, etc. of the product. If this results in missing products, incorrect colors, and other problems, 17best does not hold any responsibility.

 

IV.Parcel forwarding compensation standards:

If your products are lost, lacking in quantity, damaged, or delayed during the shipment process due to reasons not in 17best's control, 17best is not responsible for compensation. For indirect and not actualized profit losses, we will also not be responsible for any compensation.

17best is not responsible for compensation in the following situations:

Damage caused in situations out of our control (this does not apply to insured parcels).

Items that do not follow shipment or restricted shipment regulations are confiscated by authorities or processed according to the law.

Parcels that, at the moment of being sent, are perfectly packaged, without any traces of having been opened or tampered with, weigh the same as they started with, and with all contained parts present and undamaged.

The recipient has already signed and accepted the parcel following the legal procedures.

Parcels that are missing in part or delayed due to errors committed by the client or problems with the product itself.

The client has not inquired about the product nor requested any compensation from the date of submission to the end of the inquiry period.

International parcels that have been detained, confiscated, or destroyed according to the laws of the recipient country.


V.Items that cannot be shipped through the mail

Items forbidden to be circulated or shipped according to the national law.

Explosive, flammable, erosive, radioactive, or toxic hazardous items.

Publications, books, sources, or items containing reactionary content or obscenity.

Currencies of all kinds.

Items that violate public health.

Items that rot easily.

Live animals (not counting bees, silkworms, and leeches, as long as the packaging ensures the safety of the workers).

Items that are not adequately packaged may cause hazards to the workers or contaminate or damage other packages.

Other items are unsuitable for shipment through the mail.


VI.Items that are forbidden from being sent according to postal practices

Items with qualities or packaging that may harm the postal workers or contaminate/damage other packages or postal equipment.

Items with metal seals or other sharp edges that may get in the way of postal processing.

All types of firearms, ammunition, explosives, flammable, erosive, and radioactive items or vessels, strong poison, anesthetics, biochemical products, and infectious items.

All kinds of publications, propaganda, or printed items that may endanger the security and stability of society or contain obscenity.

All kinds of items that may endanger public health.

Documents or items that are not accepted or allowed to be circulated in the recipient country.

Any product that does not possess intellectual rights.
