Question: What ways you ship the goods?
Answer: Mostly we ship goods by DHL, FedEx, UPS, but ship to European countries ship via FedEx, UPS or TNT. Don't use DHL, because DHL is too strict with the value, even show real value it still can not ship out sometimes.
Question: Can make lower value for the invoice?
Answer: To European countries can not make low value, need to show real. If not, FedEx, UPS or TNT would refuse to ship it.
Question: Do I need to pay tax?
Answer:Yes it is, most of the countries need to pay tax but according to your country's customs's rule. Such as to European countries all imported goods need to pay tax. But ship to USA lower than $800 no need to pay at the moment.
Question: How long can I get the goods?
Answer:It depends on the Express company. Not busy time normally 4-7 days, after we ship out the goods. Busy time will be longer. If meet special situation, the worst it took about 30 days by DHL affected by Corovirus.
Question: Why I call DHL, she replied me DHL haven't get this tracking number.
Answer: This means DHL just labled the goods and still in DHL warehouse. It haven't pick up, so please wait for it and check if it is picked up.
Question: Why sometimes I don't ask to pick up the goods myself, but DHL show "Waiting for the customer to pick up the goods".
Answer:Maybe they are too busy to deliver so many goods so they want you to pick it up. But you can call them to let them deliver to you. Or trouble you to pick up the goods.
