Before Shipment, what shall we do usually?

1 step - Testing

all the screens must be one by one tested Well  (we will check the black and white window to make sure no tinny dots in lcds and also try the Touch  to ensure it's working.)

2 step -Packing

Each screen is packed in a bubble bag and 10 pcs in a white box + outside Carton box to ship

How  shall we do if the screen arrive u with problem?

1. Pls do test them at first time upon receipt of the screens and feedback to us within 7 days if any problems with Screens;

2. Pls take picture or video and show us the stamp BDT for the problem screens;if the problem is not man-made,

pls send them back to us for replace by USPS only (we don't accept accept dhl or ups package for a return, too high tax fee and

have Custom issue to enter into China mainland.) And for the return shipping fee incurred, the buyer take on it.

We will just take on the shipping fee for resending the screens.

Or if u think it trouble to send back the defective screens ,u can wait for us to send new screens for a replace with your next new order .

3. Our warranty period is 6 months.
